The 325i motor had an oil cooler and the 320i did not, but a 320i top end can be fitted to a 325i bottom end. you would have to get the engine code which is stamped on the block below the intake and run it by BMW.
How can you see if a motor is a325i (from th outside)???

Because i want to buy a spare one for my 325i touring and so i want to know how to see if it's a 325i and not a 320i that i'm buying!!

can somebody help me???
THx
