Im looking at a 90 325i conv. but the trans(auto) will only work in reverse. Does anyone know why this is? Also if I swap to a 5-speed will I have to change the driveshaft? Also...what trans. goes into it? ie...getrag 240, 260, ect...

Getrag 260. Talk to the guys at Bimmerworld.com or Zionsvilleautosport.com about the conversion. They can supply parts and info.
