As for the service history, assume everything HAS NOT been done and go to it. Flush the fluids, change the filters, clean up and tighten and check everything . . . then just start the regular scheduled service routine. Also, pay attention to the profile gasket; if the car's mileage is correct, it may not have been replaced (or failed) yet. Don't be bothered too much by the paint; the cars are well-painted and can be polished out. Assuming the vehicle checks out mechanically, it looks like a good buy.
