I just did the control arms, bushings,and tie rods for fun and about your problem. Yes it is easyer to go to the machine shop to remove and add your new bushings. I have a press and did them my self.Pretty hard. Hell ya. But worth the time of learning.And the middle bolt. Thats a bitch. Get under the car for the one on the pass. side and work it slowly. And the one on the drivers side get a long socket rod and and jointed socket elbow. And work that sucker carefuly.Not to cut the corners off the nutt.
But once done you wont have to do it for a while.Thank god. I think the next time I do this I will have to do it.
