Ok, I know most people on here are avid auto X racers, but I haven't gotten there yet; street races and occasional trips to the local drag strip are my answers for the need for speed...but my question is a '91 325i vs. a '99 civic si v-tech, I have someone who wants a challenge, I should win with no real sweat, right? (unfortunately my 3er is an auto, the civic is 5-speed)

'91 325i no mods, no nothin, plain as new

You would have a chance IF they guy is a bad driver, you have a stick shift, and you're car has mods/maintains it's stock hp figures(not likely on a 10 year old car). Good luck though if you do, if he REALLY sucks at stick you may win though.
