They are xenons, but I don't know if they would fit your '87. I imagine they would, but I can't be sure.


Would they fit a 87 325? and are they xenon, or knockoffs?

Xenon is merely a gas. There are many Xenon gas filled bulbs out there, but don't get them confused with HID systems. HID are the ultra bright lighting systems used on Lincolns, BMW, etc. BTW, 9006,9005 bulbs will only fit the US Ellipsoid headlights on the E30's 88-89 ONLY. 87 had sealed beams, in which you cannot change the bulb.
