More oil fun... (archive)

Ok, I am still looking for my oil leak. I cleaned the engine two weeks ago hoping that the leak would show itself all over my clean engine. No luck. I was poking about under it today thinking that perhaps the three bolts the oil pan and the timing belt covers share was the problem. Probably not. I did find a bundle of wires over behind the AC compressor that had oil on them in the past. I thought it was just run off from elsewhere. Then I tugged on them. Look. Oil.

What does that bundle of wires plug into?

Right now my pet theory is that there is an oil related sensor up there that is leaking and it was filling up the jacket on the harness. This caused the leak to appear to be where it was not (oil leaking out of the end of the jacket)
