Check for play in the ball joints on control arms & tie rod ends. Power steering pump full and OK? Any tar or goop stuck in the tire treads?

Just a few thoughts...

When I drive my car at a speed over 5mph the steering wheel shudders back and forth and is realy anoying. Its not realy badd but goes back and forth about 1inch both ways. I have checked every thing and almost asked everyone.I have replaced the srings shocks control arms bushings tierods bought new wheels with tires got a alignment.new brakes new rotors but I havent did the swaybars yet. I know I should for the roll but is this a concern for the shuddering.I do overly maintain every aspect of this ride and cant figure it out.
