I recently replaced my guage cluster and while I was at it I replaced the bulbs. Below is a link to a article that will tell you how to get the cluster out and open. It is actually how to replace the si board battries, but should help in your quest. To get to the bulbs, once the cluster is out is to unscrew the gold colored screws that are around the edge on the back of the cluster. Once apart the bulbs will twist out. This is a pic of my cluster apart. Good luck to ya...email me if you have more questions.

The dealership tells me that in order to replace a dashboard illumination bulb (left side), they have to take the whole dashboard apart, resulting in labor cost of over $200. I don't believe that. How do I replace it myself? Thanks!!

Save yourself some money, BUY A SCREWDRIVER.
