I have a 325es With a few cracks and One Severe crack right down the middle..
I really don't want to go through all the trouble to completely remove and install a new one.
Has anyone out there had any luck with the dash cover that are on the market? and is it an exact color match?
Any Info at all,Rather it be pro or con Is greatly appreciated...

BMP has one for like $85 that I heard good things about. It's plastic so you still gotta keep it looking good. Lifetime warranty against cracks.
