Convert E30 with 3.5L (archive)

Hello, I just received 3.5L engine. I also have a spotless 87' 325. I must know if this engine will fit. will it bolt to tranny? will i have to cut? will it clear running gear?
Move radiator? Not sure if it came out of 5,6,7.
Can anyone help me with the block numbers?
