Whats Wrong With My 325e? (archive)

60% of the time i start the car it only starts 1/2 way, 1/2 idle, and only half power, which leads me to believe that 1/2 of the cylinder bank isnt getting a charge... I shut off the car and repeat start it until it revs up and is functioning correctly. I don't believe its the wires or plugs cause i recently replaced the wires and the plugs are rather new, the cap and rotor look clean... Anyone have any clues before i start disecting? Thanks :)
