Hi,
First of all I would like to appologise for possible broken English since it's only my 3rd language.Anyway my problem is as follows:
I drive a 1984 BMW 320i(they weren't sold in the States).

Hi,
first your English is fine and I don't know about the specifics of your model (ABS, drum brakes in the back?, etc), but I can give a few general comments.

Cars is nearly perfect, but braking performance really warries me.As I press the pedal it first travels quite a long way before I get some feeling that the brakes are actually working. Then the pedal travel is very short ...
You mean after you press the pedal a few times ("pumping"), it does not travel all the way down anymore.
That is a very sure sign that the brake master cylinder is gone bad. Get the car off the road asap and replace it or have it replaced.
If the padel just feels spongy, you might just have air in the system and you need to bleed the brakes. However, usually there is a reason for the air, and you have to find the leak.

... and if I brake from smth like 35-50 mph it's not very stable and..
What is not stable? The steering? -then your front rotors are wrapped. The brake padal keeps slowly traveling further as you press it ?-> mastercylinder.

...But when I brake I can hear some sound cooming from the right rear.It sounds as though wheel touches something inside.Pretty weird, anyone has any suggestions?

Might be unrelated to the above problem. Are you sure that brake is ok (pads, drum/rotor)?
