Hi. I'm stuck trying to remove the guibo and harmonic balancer. How do I get to the nuts behind the balancer? I don't have to drop the tranny do I? What tool do i use?

Remove 2 center bearing bolts allowing driveshaft to hang down slightly. Loosen the driveshaft spline locking nut which will allow some retraction of front driveshaft into back driveshaft. You must remove the 3 nuts on the guibo which attach the guibo the the balancer. Remove the locking plate which keeps the large (32mm) transmission output flange nut in place. You WILL need a 32mm thin wall socket to remove previously mentioned nut from output flange. Once that nut is off the harmonic balancer will possibly slide off the shaft. Mine did, although I read where sometimes a puller is necessary. Hope this helps.
