I want to get rid of my 88 long aluminum bumpers. I've tried to opt for the M/tec replica kit...but it doesn't remove the bumpers.. looks like i need a new plan... What kind of body kit will fit my (strange year 88' 325i with early aluminum bumpers and 89'91 frond spoiler and rear Valance)...Is there any kit out there that will fit my car that removes the bumpers and can be had in the USA.

You can install the newer body colored bumpers
from an 89-91 325i/is on your 88. They're a direct
bolt-on on the 88 since you have the same lower
aprons as the newer cars.
