i have been working on my friend's 86 325i for about 2days now and can't seem to get the bellhousing bolts loose, becuase of the tight area, i took the intake off, and starter out, and disconnected the torque converter. I cant seem to figure out how to get the engine out. do i need to remove the tranmission to get the engine out or is there some way of getting in those very tight spaces. Im not used to working on a BMW's , since i own three Thunderbhird Turbo Coupes where i can take the engine out in like 2 hours, but this car has me fooled. any help is greatly apprecated. IT a great car to drive, beats my tbird. Thanks Brian
