To everyone, what MPG do you get at 70mph/3000rpm/flatland? Thanks,

When I got my car it got 27 MPG at 70mph flatland with cruise controll on, then it droped to 24mpg, now it's 22 mpg, WHATS UP!!! any ideas, i've had it for about 3 months and 4000 miles.

You don't say if your car is new or not....if used....have you checked the o2 sensor??? This can produce the effect you see...you will also see some hesitation around 3000-4000 rpms under load.
