It could be that the oil that you used beforehand was of a thinner consistancy. Did you replace the oil with an oil of a thicker consistancy? The thin oil could have been leaking, and the new oil change (with the thicker oil) may have stopped the leak.

Perhaps your drain plug and/or oil filter was a little loose. I'd wait a couple more days and see of the leak comes back - sometimes they do after settling in from the oil change. If it doesn't, then forget about it. If it does, take a look at the oil pressure sender - they can go bad and drip - or your oil pan gasket, which can leak like crazy after 100k miles. If it's the gasket, get ready for a long, annoying project. Getting the pan off is a PITA.
