Can I change my 325ic from auto to manual (archive)

I just purchased a mint 92 325ic with 32k miles. I wanted a manual trans, but this car was so mint I could not pass it up. How much work is it to convert to a 5 speed trans. I love the car but a 5 speed would make it better!
