Almost bought a 318is off a guy a few months ago (bought a 90 525i instead, i read this board for any M20 info). This car is detailed to a "street concourse" level. Perfect finish. Immacualte. This car is unbelievable. I feel he was asking way to much for the car even with all the mods. (Rims, tires, Bilsteins, Supersprint exhaust, chip, rotors, gauges). He was askign 13K. About 2K more than i thought it was worth. This car was as good as new though. Not something to buy just to drive, something to buy to cherish. I love my 525i, it was in great shape and had only 53K miles on it. But everytime i see a little swirl mark or a scratch in the plastic molding or any other little imperfection, I thing about what it would be like in that 318is. Anyway, he might still be interested in moving the car (I can;t say for sure as I don't want to misrepresent him), I don't know. If you are very strongly interested email me and I will contact him.
