you will have to short out the switch that tells the car not to start if it's not in park, and you'll have to figure out something with the cruise so when you press the clutch it won't redline your engine, but that's about it.

you need:

zf 5-speed transmission
pedal box
clutch
master & slave cyclinders
and all the bolts, washers and hoses

best to get them all from one donor car as new as possible. shop time to make the swap would likely be 12+ hours. the pedal box will be the biggest chore since most mechanics will have plenty of experience r&r'ing transmissions.
