I just installed a Supersprint cat-back exhaust, and I really like it. Not too loud, but a nice deep sound.

I would add the K&N cone air filter, but definitely shield it. Another cool trick is to remove the left hi-beam, and the panel directly behind the headlights. This gives you a nice flow of air directly into the air filter area. I just did this on mine, until I can build a shield for the new filter.

Not sure about the suspension. I have not done mine yet...
