I don't own a BMW yet, still shopping, and I am not really a part of the e30 community per se, so I have no right to tell you to grow up. I don't believein macho posturing with regard to 1/4 mile times either, so I am actually willing to grant that you may have a point. I will tell you to go check your English, though. The correct sentence is, "I own a 318is, and for all intents and puposes, I think it is great." Intentive isn't a word; please modify your use of cliches and avoid further public embarassment. ......it is an adjective formed from the word "intent". Of course he used the word in the wrong context and it made no sense, along with the rest of his rambling inflamatory post, but it is none the less a word listed in Webster's dictionary. :)
