1) Get H&R springs and Bilsten shocks!!!
2) The rims you are talking about can be bought at any dealer (well at least any dealer in canada). But they are very expensive, $475 cdn each. The mags were also options for the 5 series and came in 16" sizes (5 lug)
3) The stock hp is 168 from the factory, but a chip, exhaust, a good intake can push it to around 185-190hp.
