dash light relay (archive)

My dash lights went out a few weeks ago and I still cannot find a solution to the problem. I was testing a light on in my cluster and then all the lights went out. These include both lights in the cluster, the lights for the climate controls, and the onboard computer light(this light is on when the lights are off but out when the lights are turned on) Is there a relay or a fuse located somewhere that would cause this problem. THanks alot for any advice.
