Fuse #28 on 87 325iS (archive)

I was just curious as to what the fuse #28 would be on a 325iS, what does it control and how much amperage fuse should it have?. My book doesn't tell me anything about it, and i have no owners manual. I put in a 15 amp fuse and blows it immediatly.
