I am trying to install an aftermarket keyless entry in my '87 325is and I could use any help/suggestions/advice/warnings anybody may have.
Thanks!

I have a 89 535i and 91 318i with central locks, I installed a JC Whitney kit in both. Kit cost only 29.95 and is advertised on http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=4703
On both cars I installed in the trunk to keep from taking off the door panels.
On the 318i their could be a change in the wiring after 88 but if you already have central locks all you have to do is use a test light to see if it is - or + activated.
