'89 325iS missing front air dam (what to do?) (archive)

I am going to look at this car today (89 325iS). I have heard much talk on the iS air dams and clips etc. my questions:

1. can I find an iS airdam/clips (black) used? ($$$) or is it a dealer part?

2. What can I expect to pay for a new, painted air dam?

3. More important... what should I tell the owner to knock off their $6500 price tag?
