The current owner is disapointed she never followed through with getting it fixed. She went through a lot of ^%*^*%^ with several places. These brake and clutch kill switches are new to me...I'm a defecting 2002 guy (haha) Can you elaborate?

The most common problem of cruise not working on these cars is the brake and clutch kill switches are mounted on flimsy brackets. It's an easy fix, and no one ever thinks to adjust the clutch switch on manaul tranny cars. The components of the cruise system usually don't go bad. Does the car have facotry cruise or cheesy dealer addon?
