just curious, especially about the cost. Car is a 1989 325iS, all stock, orig. female owner.

had a 1988 528e in the family since new, first clutch went at 275,000 miles (roughly). '89 325is I bought from an old lady with 190,000 miles and original clutch. I burnt it up at the drag strip the day I bought the car! So, it depends on how the car's been treated.
