Front IS lip spoiler?? (archive)

I have 88-91 front spoiler style. I'm have problems with the front lip spoiler staying on. It tends to pop of from the clamps when going up a hill. Even if go slowly over dips it come a losse. Is there any tape, etc that could hold the lip in place.
