88 325i switches on rear doors do not work for the power windows, however the console switches do. I don't think it's the switches themselves. Power isn't getting to them. Also, the Child Safety switch turns ALL the console switches on and off, while having no effect on the rear switches. I have a Haynes Manual, but it really sucks. It claims there are 2 Safety Switches, one for everything, one for the rear. Love some help here...
