Is there any casting numbers or serial numbers ob the head or block???
I am looking at an '86 325 "nothing after" also and it DOES move... No rear spoiler and the front spoiler has been torn off. The fron end has the driving lights on the bumper and the spoiler used to hang below a metal body portion behind the bumper (anyone have a pic of what it SHOULD look like?).
Thanks, Bill

Unfortunately, I don't think that this is a superETA. There are no spoilers and just a 325, not 325es on the trunk. Right now, I am focusing on 2 cars. One is a 325is with 215k miles and an automatic, the other is the 325 with 129k and a stick. Both are about the same price, which is around $3500. I like the 'is', but am leaning towards the 325 because of the lower miles and the stick. I could swap the auto for a stick, but that would be a pain and cost $$$. I figure that the 325 could prove less expensive to own and could be a good platform to build upon.

Tim

Look at the tac. If the motor redlines at 5k then it is not an i and you have better chances of having a Super ETA
