How in the world did you cut the light panel?Every time I try it cracks and runs!Hot knife maybe?Thanks


You have to workmon the flat(outside) of the panel.hold a straight edge and make a deep groove
with a razor blade.when your done bend,and snap-perfectly.if when you bend it cracks then you didnt make the grooves deep enough..I suggest you cut maybe 3mm bigger than the correct size.Once you snapped all 4 sides,go to a bench grinder and grind to perfection.if you have more ??S email me.i never go this far down into the archives,i just happened to run in to it today...
