Thanks for the sugggestion to look at the window lock switch. Based on your suggestion I checked the wiring diagram in the Bentley manual and it appears that it only locks out the rear windows. So this wouldn't account for my fronts not working also.


Maybe the stupid window lock buton went haywire? I know mine is spent.


On my 1987 325i 4 dr. all power windows are inoperative. There appears to be no power at any motor since there are no noises of motor trying to run. Fuse, if I recall correctly is #19 and it tests OK. Bentley manual refers to a power window circuit breaker(25 amps) but gives no location information. Where is this potential gremlin? Are there any other things to check? Can't imagine all switches or all motors would go at same time.
