I had a 318i that did the same thing. I was told it was the Syncros. I was also told to put a little atf in the transmision.

I have an 1986 BMW 325es with 111,000 miles and I started having a hard time shifting into reverse or first from the parked position. Neither of my master or slave cylinders are leaking and my clutch doen't seem to be slipping. Should I suspect the clutch parts of the clutch cylinders?
