how much Horsepower can i expect with the following mods.

87 325is Automatic

2.5L engine

JC Chip
MSDS Headers
Brullen Exhaust (loud model)
BMP High Flow Racing Air Filter

should i keep the cat on the car or take it off, taking it of, would it give me more horsepower. what is the downside of taking it off.
