Well you cant have your pass through and a port in the middle at the same time because it just wont work that way, i cut a large rectangle in my rear deck for my 12inch sub w/ a dremel tool, you need a few of those disks, i think i used about 8 and your car smells like buring metal for a while but it makes a good clean cut.
