'87 325 suspension questions (archive)

I am looking at a '87 325 with a modified suspension setup.
It has a RD strut tower brace, Bilstein struts/shocks (all four) designed for lowered BMW's), Eibach Pro Kit springs (1.5" drop instead of 1.9" drop, made to handle better) RD front and read adjustable sway bars and Enkei FR1 17" Rims with 30 profile tires.
Now my questions,,, The ride is real harsh, Is this because of the springs, the struts, the wheel/tire combination or a combination of any of the above? I like the car but I think it is TOO low and was hoping that a spring replacement would solve the ride problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bill
