Get the 330!

It is a much better car than the 325. It will hold its value much better than the 325. So when the time comes (if ever) to sell your car you will be in a much better position, financially.
Just to get an idea, compare the depreciation with, say, a 1997 318is and a 1997 325is.

P.S. If I were you, and had the kind of money to buy a 330, I would save it for a year and spend it on the upcoming E46 M3 (Still drooling...!). That is the best car in the E46 BMW 3-series (Just my opinion!)
