Best case , you will have to replace just the valves, you may have to repalce the head, inspect carefully for cracked or broken rocker shaft towers. I have heard of some that damaged pistons so severly that the pistons had to be replaced, but of all the ones that came thru my shop, the worst just required cylinder head replacement
