Advice before you order, make sure that they give you the exact date your product will show up and I'd say tell them for every day it's late to knock 10% off. If they'd be honest with people and say "Ya know, we're really busy this week, your order probably will go out in a few days" it wouldn't be so bad, but I always get the typical sales pitch "It'll be there in 2 days". Then 5 days later they won't answer my calls, emails, faxes cause they know they screwed up.
I'm not the only one here, beleive me. If the search is working I'd bet there are a LOT of complaints. I know I've seen 2 posts in the last 2 monthes with no-show-products.
Order for their good prices, be harsh and up front with them on shipping.
