Russ, which way did your strut towers move over the years? Did they get closer together or farther apart. In other words, did the brace seem too short or too long when you tried to put it on?

Just curious.

I have seen struts for all the new 3-Series and Z3 models and i was wondering where i could get a strut for my 86 325e. What do i need to install it as in specil towers or links? What do i need and where can i get it? Thanks.

I installed one on my car its an 89.bmp sells the one i have for 84-91.it was 180.00.the only problem i ran into was the front end has slightly shifted over the years,so i had to show it some love and scream sweet nothings at it to make it fit.but as far as special tools or special anything goes it was just a simple bolt on 20 min project.it does make a difference. have fun
