High miles meen alot man. See if you can get him to 2500-2700. All those recent repairs are cool, but shit happens with that many miles. All the rubber parts/bushings wear out and crack the interior only takes so much and i didnt see a complete engine rebuild(only head). I bought my 325iC with 100k on it and a light hit on front for $2100, taking me about 400 to get all the parts, but just something to think about.
