Yeah you can do all that , but the aggressive cam is where you run into streetability problems.

Bigger cams lose the stock bottom end power and make lotsa power on the high end.
Its not practical to drive in the upper rpm's all day.

Going to carbs would be a big step backwards too.
A properly set-up L-Jetronic system can make just as much power.
If youre intent on spending $$ you can always install a multiple throttle-body system.
