The only way to fix it is to change the wiper tansmission arm position on the motor shaft. The only question is how did it get like that to begin with? Did you replace the motor or anything? I had a shop do similar work to mine and it cost me 1 1/2 hours labour. Good luck.
The wipers on my E30 come to rest very high on the windshield, yet when I turn them on, they work just fine - but when turned off, will not come to rest as intended down low on the windshield.
Can anyone suggest what to do?
