I know this has been asked a trillion and one times here.
But I have to do this also, 'cuz I'm just itching to learn how to do this.

How do I post a picture on the body of the message instead of having to put down an URL below?...

To post a picture from photopoint, you have to click on the small picture (in the group of all of your pictures), once it loads that single picture with some "caption" stuff below it, click on the picture again, once it loads up the picture (by itself, there should not be any text on the page) take the url given to you, and then come back here, and paste it in the "Optional Image URL"
