Probably no help but have you checked to make sure that their are no fraed wires maybe grounding out somewhere?Is your fuse the correct size(amp)?Does the fuse just up and blow or do you turn something on?Like lights or any other accessiore?

Fuse blows when you turn the key. Fuse/Amps is 15. Wires all look good, I will have to start taking the whole harness apart if I can't isolate this.
