If you can't get it any other way.Hold tight others may know something else,but if not ,i'd unplug it!Good luck

Mine does it every morning from Nov.-Feb. I simply press the button on every corner 'till I jar it loose. Sometimes I almost have to hit it, or use a tiny screwdriver between the switch and the trim, but don't pry, just work it gently and it should switch off. Good luck.
