I am considering purchasing a 325iC. I want to have euro bumpers, 5 speed and preferably less than 100k miles on it. Within my budget, I am not sure what to comprimise on. Do I get a non euro-bumper car that has low miles and a 5 speed? Or do I go for an auto with euro-bumpers and decent mileage? Can euro-bumpers be fitted on to an older model? I want to stay at or under $7,000. Maybe I am just delusional but is all of this attainable?
